Order Confirmation:

As soon as an order is placed with us, we will pre-authorize the payment method given at the time of purchase. Once approved, the order is prepared for shipment and a confirmation will be sent to the e-mail provided during checkout. To ensue delivery of confirmation, please check inbox or spam folder. offers many products from various manufacturers using multiple logistic companies, because of this it is difficult to pinpoint an exact shipping date. However, we provide guidelines to help you estimate the delivery process.

Order Shipment:

The order will ship out within 5 business days from the purchase date. Small items that can be shipped via parcel typically ship via FedEx or UPS. Larger items and safes over 150 lbs ships via freight carriers with free curbside delivery and lift gate service included. The freight carrier will be instructed to contact the customer to schedule a delivery appointment. Please be sure to make delivery arrangements that fit your schedule. The customer is responsible for inspecting the product upon delivery. Read our Return Policy for more information on this process. In most cases, once an item ships, a tracking number will be emailed to the address you provided in the order. Many times the tracking website will list an estimated date of arrival. This is just an estimate and will be confirmed after speaking with the delivery company. Some of the delivery services we use do not provide tracking information. Delivery Location:

The freight carriers transporting the order may use long tractor trailers or box trucks. Please let us know if you live in a rural area that is inaccessible, an urban area that's difficult to navigate or a steep, curvy or narrow driveway. Also, but not limited to; roadway weight restrictions, bridge tolls, island ferry access, etc are all information needed to make delivery seamless. Prior arrangements are made with our customer service representatives to designate a suitable freight company. Failure to notify about delivery locations' conditions shall make the customer responsible for any additional fees the freight carrier may require to complete delivery for an alternative method.
