Customer satisfaction is our number one concern. Please do not sign for shipments until you have thoroughly inspected for any damage. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued if there are missing parts or packaging and if the product cannot be resold as new. Unauthorized returns or returns without prior approval will be sent back to the customer along with any additional freight carrier fees. We encourage taking photos of item(s) being returned, whether damaged or not. This will ensure proper liability to the responsible party. Our manufacturer of Mesa Safe only handles exchanges. Returns for this product line will only be issued in the form of a Credit Memo; this is Store Credit for Mesa Products only. We will not be able to provide a refund by cash, check or a charge-back on a credit card.
If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! The process is quite simple. The safe or any item itself should be inspected for any signs of damage. This includes indentations and friction marks. If none are present, simply sign for the item and the driver will leave the product in your possession. Please notify us as soon as possible at returns@ArmoryBox.com to receive a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and discuss your options. It is essential that each item is free from any damage, in its original condition with all hardware, instructions and packaging upon arrival at one of our warehouses. When the carrier calls, please be sure to make delivery arrangements that fit your schedule. Customers are responsible for the return freight charges and a 20% restocking fee. Once the returned item has been received and inspected you will receive a credit for the total of your purchase minus the freight and restocking fees. We offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for an exchange of equal value or a refund to the original payment method. As stated earlier, MESA Safe products only process exchanges.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. Please note that the driver cannot leave until the delivery receipt is signed for. Be sure that the driver did note the damages. If your item(s) arrived damaged; please send photos, a description of the damage, product description, and order number from our invoice to returns@ArmoryBox.com and we will process a return claim on your behalf. This matter may take several business days to process. In the meantime, it is the customer's responsibility of safeguarding all materials being returned. When the carrier calls, please be sure to make delivery arrangements that fit your schedule. Return shipping charges will be covered by our store, not the customer. ArmoryBox.com is not responsible for shipping costs that are not signed for as damaged upon arrival. Occasionally there may be damage that is not apparent upon receipt of a shipment. Some freight carriers allow up to 15 days from receipt of shipment to accept claims of concealed damage, others do not. After the allowable time of concealed damage claims has passed, ArmoryBox.com cannot assist with freight claims. For this type of damage, any discount will be given once the claim has been approved.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Cancellations are permitted within 24 hours from purchase time. All orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee even if the order has not been shipped. If the order has shipped, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping charges and possible fees, as mentioned above in the Undamaged Section. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used when placing your order at full retail cost, with exception to Mesa Safe products.
If your item is on back-order or is unavailable we will reach out via e-mail for a refund of your original payment method or possible exchange.
